Can I use BC11 today?
Not yet. The app is being prepared for an invitation-only pilot and is not accepting public sign-ups.
What happens after I post a service request?
Businesses in the selected service category can find the request and respond. You can review their offers, choose a business, message about the work, and track the booking in your account.
Are service requests and employment openings the same?
No. A service request is a customer asking a business to do a job. An employment opening is a business hiring a worker; it appears on a separate job board.
Does BC11 verify a business’s license or service quality?
No. An account identity check is not a license, insurance, background, or quality check. Customers should verify those details independently before hiring.
Where will the pilot start?
The first pilot area is still undecided. We’ll announce it when setup and safety checks are complete.
Who can take part in the pilot?
The planned pilot is invitation-only and for adults 18 or older. Required ID-and-selfie age verification is part of the launch plan and is not active yet.
